The Stanley Parable finally arrives on consoles at the end of April in an expanded edition

It's been more than three years since the independent studio Crows Crows Crows announced the console edition of the cult title The Stanley Parable, and then ended up in complete radio silence. Today, however, the British developer has finally announced that The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will arrive soon, on April 27th.

This new edition of the game not only brings the acclaimed first-person adventure to our consoles, but "expands" it dramatically with a larger world to explore and worlds to discover. It is therefore also a good opportunity to resume the title for those who had already played it on PC.

For those who do not know The Stanley Parable, it is a very original first-person adventure (initially born as a mod of Half-Life 2) in which we play Stanley, the employee of a company who finds himself in a completely abandoned office; a narrator presents us with Stanley's story and it is up to us to find out what to do, but we will soon discover that we are in a sort of deviant experiment in which it is not clear whether we are the ones who play, or it is the title that "plays" with us.

For now the price of the title is not yet known, but if you love the original and brilliant titles we strongly advise you to keep an eye on it; in the meantime here is a trailer that presents us this new edition and that can give you an idea of the atmospheres and settings that you will experience in the title.
