Forza Motorsport 7 and Red Dead Online among the games aimed at coming out of Game Pass soon

With the arrival of September, Microsoft has punctually communicated the first news to the Xbox Game Passcatalog . But let's also see together the "bad news", that is, the games that will soon be removed from the service and therefore will no longer be playable.

The name that certainly causes the most sensation is that of Forza Motorsport 7,but as we have already had the opportunity to explain in a previous news, the removal of the motor title is an act due as a result of the fact that on September 15 it will be removed from the market. The rule "all first-party games always in Game Pass" is therefore not in question: it is an obligatory choice, from that date Microsoft will no longer be able to legally place new licenses of the game on the market. Of course, nothing changes for those who have purchased the game (or will buy it in time), as they can continue to download and use it at will. We refer you to the news indicated above for all the details of the case!

Red Dead Online, another title of great appeal, comes out of the service after a period of four months, quite short if you look at the average stay of the games within Game Pass, but in line with the previous agreements on Rockstar Games titles: both for GTA V and for Red Dead Redemption 2 (full game) the stay had in fact been four months.

Another bad news for fans of driving titles: the exclusion from the catalog of HotShot Racing, the retro-style racing game and the purely arcade setting, which thanks to its entry into the Game Pass on day-one,just a year ago, has known a well-deserved popularity. If you have never tried HotShot Racing, the advice is to take advantage of these last days so as not to miss this experience!

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, an interesting spin-off linked to the world of The Witcher with combat mechanics based on the card game Gwent, and finally The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics, a turn-based fantasy strategy, published in 2020, also leave the service.

We remind you that Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service that, at a cost of 9.99 Euros per month, allows you to play freely and without limitations to all the titles included in the service, with new games that are added every month. You can buy it from this page on the Microsoft Store, or make a single subscription to Game Pass + Live Gold + EA Play + Cloud Gaming with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which can be purchased from this page.
