Microsoft today announced that this fall, in line with the launch of Xbox Series X,a new interface will be unveiled that will come to the new console, Xbox One and various connected apps, both mobile and PC. We've already had a taste of this interface in the new Store being tested by selected Xbox Insiders, and as we assumed it will be extended to the entire operating system.

The new interface is not a complete revolution of the current one, but rather an evolution that makes all activities simpler and more intuitive, speeding up every operation aiming to make all our activities faster and faster. The new interface will load 50% faster when the console is turned on, 30% faster when we return to home from a game and take up 40% less memory.

Microsoft has finally announced that it is working on a new Xbox smartphone app (which will of course use the new interface) that will make it easier to interact with our contacts and share screenshots and clips just recorded on the console.

All of these news will come in the fall, matching the launch of Xbox Series X,but Xbox Insider members are expected to start testing parts as early as the next few weeks.
