Double rumor/leak, today: the image of the packaging of a white Xbox Series X controller, a variant not yet officially announced, has been circulating on the web for the last few hours, and this is already news. But the most important novelty is the inscription on the side of the package, where the compatible devices are listed and where we read"Xbox Series X" YES."

The packaging, if true, then hints at the existence of an Xbox Series S,the much-loud Lockhart that should offer an experience similar to that of Series X but without a Blu-ray player and limited to 1080p and with a much lower price. And even the color of the controller, white, suggests that it is thought to be flanked by a white console, as is thought to be the new Lockhart/Xbox Series S.

Waiting to find out if all this will be true (we expect that by the end of the month both the new console and the price and release date of both models will be revealed), we leave you to another rumor that is circulating lately: according to some insiders, Lockhart could be sold in two versions: one with the controller and another, even cheaper, without controllers. Given the full compatibility of current controllers with those of the new consoles, this would allow those who already have one or more controllers to save further on purchase.
