Ubisoft: Assassin's Creed Valhalla will go "at least" to 30 fps on Xbox Series X

After the unveiling of the first Xbox Series X third party games last Thursday, many of the titles featured in the showcase revealed how they will take advantage of the new Microsoft console, and many have declared a frame-rate of 60 fps (some as much as 120 fps). Among them was Assassin's Creed Valhalla, for which the frequency of updating the image was not revealed. At least until tonight.

Speaking to Eurogamer Portugal,Ubisoft stated the following:

"At the moment, we can guarantee that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will go at least to 30 fps. Assassin's Creed Valhalla will benefit from faster uploads, allowing players to immerse themselves in its history and world without friction. Finally, Assassin's Creed Valhalla will enjoy improved graphics made possible by Xbox Series X, and we can't wait to see in stunning 4K resolution the beautiful world we're creating."

In short, the developers of the game do not want to unbalance by declaring that the game will go at least to 30 fps, which is obviously the minimum union for a game. That "at least" gives us hope that they want to try to bring the goal to 60 fps, but they are still not sure they can reach it. We'll keep you informed about what's new!
