343 Industries is to work to improve matchmaking in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Following the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection , many players have complained about problems with the multiplayer matchmaking of the title. 343 Industries is obviously aware of the situation and is working at full speed to solve problems. Specifically, 343 is working on 2 main interventions: the first is an update of the game servers, which aims to improve the matchmaking, which should arrive in these hours. The second, expected by the end of the week, is a patch of the game aimed to solve some problems related to unlock in-game objectives.

"Since the launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection , we received several, and well deserved, complaints about matchmaking issues and other matters. We at 343 Industries we are really sorry to hear your frustration. You people deserve better and we are working day and night to find solutions as quickly as possible. Our first priority is focused on matchmaking improvements " , said Executive producer Dan Ayoub.

" Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a huge game, we tried to create the best possible launch for our fans but we are aware of the issues that emerged in the post-launch and we are currently engaged in an effort to improve the situation as soon as possible. We are willing to give you the true Halo experience you've been waiting for. "

"Your feedback have been very useful to identify problems in the game, we can only thank you for your patience and for your continued contribution. The development team of 343 Industries has worked hard to create The Halo Master Chief Collection and we will not stop until the title will not become worthy of your passion ".
