Xbox One: developers will have a roof for the monthly release of new lenses

Most careful will know already that with Xbox One Microsoft will introduce a new system to dynamic Goals: Besides those unlockables in the game at launch, developers will be able to release over time new objectives that will provide players with new stimuli and to-DOS, ideally also after many years. Speaking with OXM, the program manager of the Xbox One Chad Gibson explained that there are, however, limitations.

Gibson explained that you do not want developers from abusing the system by overloading players to new objectives, which will set a ceiling on new points that you can earn each month players for a given title. For example, if the roof will be 100 points, developers will be able to release in a month only one goal from 100 or two from 50, 5 to 20 and so on. The purpose of the new system will ensure that even those who in a few weeks they can "millare" a title, can now continue to engage leading, perhaps, to reach or exceed 2000 points a year after the release of the game.

This poses a question: many see the 1000 points as a goal to reach, but what will happen once developers will be able to gradually move a little further this goal? You will lose interest in reaching the finish line itself or the most avid fans will engage not to leave unfinished nor a goal? Additional objectives and risulterano separated by the standard ones found at the exit of the game or they will end up together, without a clear separation? We are waiting for more details from Microsoft.
