Fable banned for minors in Korea: vulgar language and about sexual acts, mutilations and blood
Contributing to this evaluation are both the dialogues, defined as very vulgar, and the fights, particularly bloody. Here's what the Korean body has to say about the game:
An immersive open-world action RPG that chronicles the player's adventure in search of a solution after the villagers are turned to stones by a stranger of unknown identity.
Reasons for evaluation:
- Use of language that explicitly describes sexual acts
- Frequent killings with weapons, blood, and depictions of mutilation
- Representation of direct criminal acts based on user choices
- Excessive use of profanity and profanity
Therefore, according to Article 21 of the Law on the Promotion of the Video Game Industry and Article 7(4) of the Classification Rules, the game has been classified as "Forbidden to minors".
It therefore seems that the guys at Playground have not held back in the creation of the title, aiming for a classification for adults.
The fact that the Korean body has also classified it now (probably followed shortly by the other countries), is a strong indication that the game is about to start the marketing campaign and that of pre-orders, most likely in correspondence with the Xbox Games Showcase on June 7th. So we just have to wait two weeks to find out more about the highly anticipated title!
