Dead or Alive 6 returns in June with the enriched Last Round edition; New sequel in development
Dead or Alive 6: Last Round will enrich a title that has already placed over 900,000 copies worldwide and has been optimized to make the most of current generation hardware. If you've already spent hours fighting in the original standard version of the game, you'll have the welcome opportunity to transfer our save data, premium tickets, and DLC costumes directly into the new title, picking up the action exactly where we left off.
On the content front, we will be able to count on the entire original roster of 24 fighters, flanked by five fighters from the past line-up of additional content: Nyotengu, Phase 4, Momiji, Rachel and Tamaki. We will also find some aesthetic goodies, as historical favorites such as Kasumi and Marie Rose will be able to show off five new costumes from other Team NINJA productions, such as Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and DOA Xtreme Venus Vacation. In addition, we will be able to capture our best fights thanks to the addition of a dedicated Photo Mode, equipped with new tools for selecting poses and positioning characters from any angle.
Those who prefer a free approach can opt for the free-to-play edition Dead or Alive 6: Last Round Core Fighters, which will debut on the same day as the standard version. This edition will allow us to take to the arena using Marie Rose, Honoka and NiCO from launch. Also in this free guise we will have full access to Photo Mode and online compartments such as DOA Quest and DOA Central.
