IO Interactive and Amazon MGM Studios today announced the free "Starter Pack" of 007 First Light, a trial version of the game that allows us to play the entire opening mission set in Iceland. At the same time, the full game is offered at a discounted price for a limited time.

The initiative is designed to let us taste the adventure that the independent studio behind the HITMAN series has built around a young James Bond, allowing us to take on his role and take our first steps in his world before deciding whether to continue. Those who choose to do so will not have to start over: with the purchase of the full version, the progress obtained in the Starter Pack will in fact be transferred, so as to resume the story exactly where we left it.

And for those who are already convinced, there is also an economic incentive: 007 First Light is in fact available with a 40% discount until November 15th.

We leave you now to the trailer dedicated to the Starter Pack, enjoy!
