After the rumor of the past few days, the official announcement arrived today: Microsoft and Meta today announced a new collaboration that combines the world of VR with the Xbox one: thus was born the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition, a limited edition of Meta's headset designed specifically for Xbox fans and to celebrate the expansion of Xbox Cloud Gaming on Quest devices.

This partnership aims to further expand the Xbox Cloud Gaming experience, allowing us to play our favorite titles wherever and whenever we want. With the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition, this vision comes to life thanks to a design that pays homage to the Xbox aesthetic, while offering the popular mixed reality experiences of Quest headsets. So for the first time, we have a Quest headset that's not only designed for VR, but built specifically for our community.

The bundle of the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition is available from today only in the US and UK at a price of $399.99 and includes everything you need to start playing on a huge virtual screen right away. The box includes a 128GB Meta Quest 3S headset customized with Xbox Carbon Black and Velocity Green colors, matching Touch Plus controllers and a limited edition Xbox Wireless Controller , featuring the same color scheme and already pre-paired with the headset. The offer is completed by the Elite Strap for greater comfort and two subscriptions of three months each to Meta Horizon+ and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Thanks to the Xbox app on Quest, we will be able to instantly access hundreds of games with Xbox Cloud Gaming, through the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. We will also be able to stream the games we already own, even if they are not included in the Game Pass catalog.

Subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate will also allow us to take advantage of features such as cross-play and cross-progression. This means that we will be able to start a game on our Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition, resume it on the console and continue the adventure on PC without ever losing our saves or unlocked achievements, for a fluid and interconnected gaming experience.
