Paradox Interactive announces the city builder Cities: Skylines II, arrives in Game Pass

Great news for fans of massive metropolis building and management simulation titles: Paradox Interactive today announced Cities: Skylines II, the sequel to the acclaimed city builder coming to Xbox Series X|S later this year and included in Game Pass at launch.

Cities: Skylines II, a modern reimagining of the city building genre, allows players to create and manage cities that come to life like never before, complete with realistic transportation and economic systems, tons of building and customization options, and advanced modding features. Unveiled during the Paradox Announcement Show 2023, Cities: Skylines II takes the city-building genre to the next level, allowing players to create the cities of their dreams with the world's most possibilities-building sandbox.

Developed by critically acclaimed developer Colossal Order, Cities: Skylines launched in 2015 for PC. Over the past eight years it has been ported to numerous platforms with dozens of DLCs and over 12 million copies sold. The accuracy and depth of the simulation has earned the respect of professional urban planners, who use Cities: Skylines to solve real-world problems.
