Square Enix has announced the RPG Dragon Quest Treasures featuring the unforgettable Erik and Mia of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age,which will make us relive their childhood through a daring adventure.

Producer Taichi Inuzuka has revealed that it will be a very different spin-off from the original series, based on the treasure hunt theme. We don't know much about the game, but the short trailer released recalls the gameplay of some older episodes of The Legend of Zeldaseries, such as Wind Waker; we will find out later whether this first impression will prove correct.

No release date has been announced but a simultaneous worldwide release is planned; waiting for more information, we leave you at the announcement video.
