Xbox Game Pass and EA Play come together in the coming months, at no extra cost

Microsoft today announced another very important news: starting in the coming months (there is still no exact date), the EA Play service (formerly known as EA Access)will join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offering the more than 60 EA games in the Vault to all Microsoft service subscribers, and at no extra cost!

This means that titles such as FIFA 20, Titanfall 2, Need for Speed Heat, andmany games from popular franchises such as Battlefield, Mass Effect, Skate, and The Sims will enter the Ultimate Pass. In addition, all Game Pass holders will be able to take advantage of the 10-hour early trial dedicated to all new EA titles, and some of the titles in the collection will also be playable via xCloud, which we remind you will be included in the Ultimate Game Pass from September 15th.

And to those who already have an EA Play subscription in addition to the Game Pass, what will happen? Simple: Microsoft will convert the remaining time to EA Play over 50 days into additional months Game Pass Ultimate, with a conversion ratio of 3:1 (3 months of EA Play will become 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate).

In short, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate becomes more and more attractive and affordable, a service certainly essential for every Xbox owner.
