Phil Spencer confirms Xbox presence at E3 2020

Within hours of Sony's announcement of PlayStation's absence from the Los Angeles show, Phil Spencer confirmed in a tweet that Microsoft and Xbox will be at E3 2020,the new edition of the famous video game event that will take place from June 9 to 11 this year.

Spencer explains that this year will be"a milestone"for the Xbox brand, obviously referring to the launch of the Xbox Series X,and the E3 will be the right opportunity to put the general public in comparison with the new console and related games. It's still likely that Microsoft won't have its own booth inside the Los Angeles Convention Center this year, but it will use the adjacent Microsoft Theater for all of its presentations and demo locations.

This does not mean, however, that this will be the only opportunity to learn something about the console, indeed: insiders agree that Microsoft will probably announce a separate event, a few months before E3,to reveal all the details of the hardware and then focus on the E3 on the game line-up. Exciting times await us: stay with us to stay up to date!
