Obsidian brings Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire to our consoles in January

Obsidian Entertainment today announced that the Isometric RPG Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Ultimate Edition will arrive on our consoles, both physically and digitally, on January 28, 2020 accompanied by a stunning Collector's Edition.

The game will be sold for 59.99 Euros (no Xbox Game Pass release has been announced for now, but we think it's very likely) and will include all the major updates and expansions available for the PC version. In addition to the game's extensive main campaign, users will also be able to follow Vatnir's call in Beast of Winter, take on the challenges of Kazuwari's crucible in Seeker, Slayer, Survivor, or fight his way through the bowels of a vengeful, sleepy god in Forgotten Sanctum.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Ultimate Edition builds on the fundamentals of the classic board game, giving players an even deeper single player GDR experience with a turn-based mode or classic real-time pause mode. With a vast, character-filled world, budding adventurers will have endless possibilities, including detailed character customization, total freedom to explore the scenario, and a host of decisive choices.

Deadfire will also have a Standard Edition and a retail Ultimate Collector's Edition, which will be available for a retail price of USD 59.99 and USD 129.99, respectively. The Ultimate Collector's Edition, which you can see in the image above, will include the following:

  • Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire [aggiornato alla patch 5.0 della versione PC] and all DLC: Beast of Winter, The Forgotten Sanctum and Seeker, Slayer, Survivor
  • A 25 cm figurine by Od Nua
  • Space pig keychain
  • "Metallic" 3D adhesive
  • Premium pack

Now we leave you to a new trailer that shows us the features of the game: good viewing!
