Capcom has sent an email to subscribers of Biohazard Ambassador, a program reserved for Japanese fans of the Resident Evilseries, which will offer them the chance to test a new title currently in development for the famous horror series. The test will take place on 8 and 9 September in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo, in a location at the moment unknown.

The fact that Capcom is working on a possible new Resident Evil is not so surprising, since especially over the last year there have been several rumors regarding both a new title of the series, and a remake of Resident Evil 3 saw the huge success of the Remake of Resident Evil 2 released last January.
