In these early days of the year the rumor about the new Xbox is no shortage of projects: between new exclusive development, a recruitment drive of third party titles and Fable of Playground Games , opportunities to speculate on the future line-up of Xbox One were not lacking. And today we add a new rumor, involving this time the developers of Gears of War 4 .

StoryLab's Productions , a studio specialized in the creation of motion capture for video games and multimedia projects who also worked at Gears of War 4 animations, has updated its website with a page dedicated to a new project started in 2017, a new IP created by The Coalition , authors of Gears and study first party of Microsoft.

The news is certainly interesting because not only it is likely The Coalition is already working on GoW 5, but from recent rumor sounds like they're also working on a new Perfect Dark , which is not a new IP. That Microsoft has expanded so much studying to work on three projects at once?

Storylab's does not reveal anything about the new project, so we don't know whether it is a high capacity AAA title or a more modest project: since development began last year, we could hear about it this year or maybe next year depending on the size of the project.
