Xbox One: a new update in preview adds sharing of screenshots
Everything is very simple: after you take a picture you can just open the app or Upload in your activity feed and, pressing the Menu button, you can choose to share it on Twitter. A word of caution: the sharing option is not available until the upload in the background is not finished, so if you have a connection with low upload bandwidth, you may need to wait a few minutes. The good news is that the pictures are uploaded in 1080 p and uncompressed PNG, so the quality is excellent.
How to do though if you want to share it with your Facebook friends? It's very simple. Simply share the picture on Twitter, after which you will need to click on the link in the tweet. For example, this Tweet, click on the link below the image:

— Giuseppe Genga (@Neural_) February 21, 2015 This will open the screenshot inside the Xbox site. Copy the address of the page, insert it into your post on Facebook and you're done. Obviously we hope that in the future, Microsoft also introduced live sharing on Facebook, but for now this can suffice.
Have fun with the screenshot ... and feel free to link your creations below, in the comments!
