- The game has been in development by 2010, until a team of developers of Brotherhood began work on chapter Unity.
- It has been introduced a system of progression through levels, giving the player the opportunity to spend the points obtained in different abilities, such as combat, stealth or navigation. We can thus decide, for example, if you create the perfect Warrior, or the more lethal and quiet among the killers.
- You can customize the legs, boots, forearms, chest, hood and mask. Each item of clothing and armor will have different attributes, such as a hood able to blend more quickly through the crowd or a belt carrying a larger number of objects.
- Cooperative missions will be addressed in single, with a choice of different difficulty. You can also explore the entire game world with online buddies.
- Developers have noticed that, with the introduction of a separate multiplayer mode in past chapters, you inevitably went to create two dimensions of the same game. With Unity we wanted to instead opt to mechanically lock change single-player and co-op, as players bought the old episodes primarily for single player story, relegating the multiplayer mode to mere filler.
- Cooperative mode will operate in a manner similar to that already seen in Watch Dogs: in our game impersoneremo Arno, and the other players who will join other members in the brotherhood; in the eyes of other players, though, we to impersonate a member of the brotherhood because each player sees himself as Arno.
- There will be no more automatic failure missions (e.g. in case anyone we discover in a stealth mission): offices now adapt to what happens during the game and did not follow any pre-established dynamics. There will be changes and impact depending on how we will act during the missions, but in any case it will never fail to see an entire section and having to start over from the beginning. This discourse had already delved into our previous news , where you can read more details.
- You can use the fast descent from buildings hold RT + B circle. The haystacks alike will present, but it will play a decisive role as in recent chapters of the series.
- The interiors of the buildings makes the game really immersive. You can hide inside a building to escape from guards, but there might be there too. We can use the Interior to carry out assassinations, hiding from the Windows etc.
- The proportions of the buildings are convincing and seem really made in 1: 1 scale; their number also seems higher than the other episodes of the saga.
- Stealth mode will make our quietest and cautious steps, but our movement will be too rapid. Perfect to sneak up behind guards.
- The new system allows to hide more easily and you can also peep on the sly.
- The guards will no longer be able to know the position of the player when alerted, but will our research starting from the last place where we have seen. Seminarle or take them by surprise won't be complicated.
- The fight has been made more difficult. We can deal with 2 or 3 enemies at once, but already too many will be 5. We also put a lot of attention to arms in possession of these. For the first time, then, have been implemented in the boss fight where it will become essential to make better use of and with great timing the parade, so that the Player undertakes to avoid the shots not resorting to button press excitedly motive for the attack.
- Groups of non-player characters now react with each other. Criminals may attack the player on sight, but usually the guards will do so only if provoked. The guards will attack the villains, however, whereby we may attract towards them to provoke clashes between gunmen and security forces, noting the latter in pursuit of the first.
- The game will give a "new cycle" the timeline set in the present (what starring Abstergo and Inheritors of the murderers); Since the first 20 minutes of the game to understand where the title will go to Parry, and it will be something " very, very surprising ."
- There may be up to 30,000 people at the same time in the crowd.
Assassin's Creed: Unity will be available on Xbox One starting on October 28.
