Phil Spencer of Microsoft would open a window to the backwards compatibility on Xbox One. This is how you intuirebbe from an answer given by Spencer on his Twitter to a user. The user asked on official Xbox forums if ever you could have this feature so much required by the community on the new console. Spencer replied with confidence, "I read, check compatibility. It's a good request ", which would not exclude a priori that Microsoft is not planning to implement this feature in the future. Who knows if backwards compatibility does not fall in Microsoft programs and an announcement will not be made during the Conference on Monday?
