With regard to the game world, GI tells us that this will not be a single browsable world freely without solution of continuity, but will consist of several very large areas, among which we will be able to travel freely; also not all areas will be filled with enemies, so players won't have to always look back as will happen instead in Ground Zeroes. The editors of the magazine explains that the level of Afghanistan, the only seen so far, it has an incredible Visual distance and that all animals that inhabit the environment, such as goats and sheep, are extremely realistic.

There is also explained that the building will use as main base will be much more interactive than before: we can browse freely and interact with numerous objects.
