Xbox One: Brush intervenes on the issue voice commands

The news yesterday regarding the absence of voice commands to launch on Xbox One Italian, as well as other countries, has created a certain confusion understandably so given that many wanted to try from the much-publicized voice control capabilities of the console. The head of the Xbox Product Planning Albert Brush has intervened on NeoGAF to clarify the situation: some have taken as a denial of the story, but it really doesn't seem to be, or is only partially.

Brush made it clear in his speech that Xbox One will come in 8 languages, including Italian, which will support " some vocal feature ". He also confirmed that some "features", as the "Xbox", will be available only in 5 languages listed in the news yesterday: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France and Germany.

It seems then confirmed that, while supporting some voice feature to launch the console in our country won't support in English version voice commands like "Xbox", arriving with a subsequent update. Brush has, however, explained that the Xbox Marketing Department is preparing a table lists, by country, what features will be available and which are not. Of course I will shoot as soon as it is published.

For those of you who would like to use voice commands in English, the Microsoft Executive explained that the language will be connected to the country set in the console.  Choosing as the country Italy, the only supported language will be Italian and we cannot therefore give voice commands in English. We are going to choose as the console the United Kingdom country, so you have to provide the English language, which will be applied to all operating system commands, games, Marketplace.
