WSJ confirms: Microsoft will launch new CoD in Game Pass

Since Microsoft's acquisition of Activision was finalized, there have been many rumors - between rumors and official reassurances - that important titles such as the new Call of Duty may arrive in the Game Pass. Now it is a major newspaper like the Wall Street Journal to confirm it.

According to the authoritative publication, Microsoft will announce during the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9 that Activision's new war shooter - which according to rumors will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War - will arrive in Game Pass at launch, thus giving a substantial boost to subscriptions to the service at the cost of giving up part of the game's sales.

The newspaper speaks of it as a certainty, so it seems to have had official news to that effect. We also remind you that the new CoD will have a prominent place at the Showcase, since immediately after the event it will be the protagonist of a dedicated in-depth event in which the developers will reveal numerous details of the game. So let's wait for the event to confirm this and find out what other announcements Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda and Activision have in store for us!
