Konami has today confirmed that Silent Hill: Downpour will be released in the fall of 2011. The composer Daniel Licht, known for having composed the music for the show "Dexter", will create the soundtrack for the game. The plot will be devoted to the prisoner Murphy Pendleton   that, following a strange incident with the prison bus, he finds himself in the woods at the edge of the town of Silent Hill.

The images that we propose today also show two new areas of the game, the snack bar and the "pit of hell." Some are images that we have seen previously but this time in high quality.
