Bandai Namco today revealed new details about Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters, the new game from Holly & Benji, revealing the release date and story that will take us from the Japanese fields to the top of world football. The title is preparing to bring us back to the green rectangle from August 28, to make us relive the emotions of one of the most beloved sports franchises ever, focusing on the growth and international challenges of the Japanese youth national team.

In the game we will closely follow the evolution of the team led by Tsubasa. We will begin our journey by facing the Asian Youth Championship, where we will have to contend with tough opponents such as Thailand, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia and China. They will be challenges that will test our technical precision and our physical strength, fundamental elements to be able to pass the qualifying rounds and secure a place in the prestigious World Youth Championship.

Once we land on the world stage, the competition will become even tighter and we will face legendary national teams, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, Cameroon, Sweden and the Netherlands.
