On the occasion of the latest Xbox Partner Preview Showcase, THQ Nordic has unveiled an important news regarding The Eternal Life of Goldman, the fascinating 2D platforming adventure entirely hand-drawn. The title developed by Weappy Studio will in fact make its debut directly in the Xbox Game Pass catalog, allowing us to immerse ourselves in this particular experience from the day of launch.

The protagonist of this adventure is Goldman, an elder with a far from heroic appearance who nevertheless finds himself to be the unlikely savior of a mysterious archipelago. Despite his age, we will be able to count on a series of unique skills related to his trusty staff, an extremely versatile tool that will prove essential to overcome any obstacle.

Through the use of the stick, we will be able to reach the highest platforms, hit enemies by jumping on their heads or grab onto various objects to drag them. But the potential of this tool does not end there: we will have the opportunity to generate flashes of phosphorus to illuminate the path or transform it into a real shield to defend ourselves from enemy attacks, making Goldman a much more fearsome fighter than his appearance initially suggests.
