Just in time for Halloween, Capcom kicks off the season of horrors by announcing the opening of pre-orders for the highly anticipated Resident Evil Requiem, out on February 27. Everyone who pre-orders will receive the "Apocalypse" costume for Grace as a bonus. The announcement came together with the video "The Way to Requiem".

The video is hosted by actress Maggie Robertson (voice of Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village), who took us on an in-depth look at the series, starting from the events of Raccoon City in 1998 up to this latest chapter. The editions available at launch have also been announced: in addition to the Standard, we will be able to purchase a Deluxe Edition that includes the base game plus a pack with five costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, two weapon charms and more. A physical Deluxe Steelbook Edition with the same digital content will also be available.

It has also been confirmed that early next year we will have a dedicated "Resident Evil Showcase", which will offer an even more in-depth look at the game.
