DON'T NOD returns today to show us Aphelion, an interesting sci-fi adventure made in collaboration with the European Space Agency and arriving in 2026 in Game Pass; the new trailer shows us some of the settings and situations that we will experience in the shoes of the astronauts protagonists of the game, Ariane and Thomas.

Ariane Montclair and Thomas Cross have different playstyles and perspectives as they try to find each other after their ship crashes. Ariane's gameplay is very physical and focused on exploring the planet Persephone, while Thomas, injured in the accident, investigates the planet in a more deductive way. As players delve deeper into the dynamics of each character, they uncover clues and secrets to understand the strange conditions of the planet and the causes of the accident with their spacecraft, the Hope-01.

The trailer also reveals Nemesis, the planet's monster and the hostile form taken by the intelligent life that inhabits Persephone's oceans. The creature brings with it intense stealth gameplay, in which players will have to hide, act in the shadows and avoid confrontation in order to survive, trying to understand its origin and why it haunts them.
