Bandai Namco today released a new trailer for Code Vein II, the new action-RPG arriving at the end of January. The trailer is dedicated to the story of the game, and shows us the world in which we will play the role of a Revenant Hunter to prevent the Rebirth, a catastrophic event that threatens the fate of the world.

Accompanied by Lou MagMell, a Revenant girl who revives the protagonist with her heart and wields the power of time travel, the Revenant Hunter embarks on a mission to rewrite history and save the world. The trailer also highlights the powerful bonds between Revenants, introduces new characters, and features the powerful original soundtrack composed by Go Shiina, thus unveiling a dramatic story shaped by fate, sacrifice, and choice.

Code Vein II has a deep narrative where players and characters are linked by blood, fate, and fate, set in a future where the last remnants of humanity and the Revenants struggle against a world on the brink of collapse. The player's journey will span eerie and post-apocalyptic landscapes, including the flooded ruins of the Sunken City, the Forest of the Undead, MagMell Island, and more. As the story unfolds, players will encounter Legendary, Revenant heroes who may hold the keys to saving this collapsing world. Among them are Josée Anjou, the "Queen of Solitude," who once ruled a shrine swallowed up by the sea, and Holly Asturias, a burdened healer with the title of "Reaper Witch."

Code Vein II features distinctive gameplay for an Action RPG, where players use blood drained from enemies to unlock different abilities, build strategies with Blood Codes, and use unique weapons and equipment called Jails to overcome challenging enemies and epic bosses. Code Vein II also has a deep customization system for the game's protagonist, where players can customize their characters to perfection with a wide range of settings for body, hairstyle, facial expressions, accessories, makeup, and more.
