The news has finally arrived: Team Cherry has announced the release date of Hollow Knight: Silksong, on September 4th, obviously as already announced, included in the Game Pass!

In this new adventure we will take on the role of Hornet, the deadly hunter princess-protector of Hallownest. Captured and taken to an unknown land, we will face fearsome enemies and solve mysteries as we ascend on a deadly pilgrimage to the summit of this new kingdom ruled by silk and song, uncovering ancient secrets related to our nature and our past.

The game will take us on an entirely new realm, which will see us traverse coral forests, moss-covered caves, golden cities, and misty moors as we make our way to the shining citadel at the top of the world. To do so, we will be able to count on a whole new series of agile moves with which to dance among enemies in lethal and spectacular combats.

We will have an ever-expanding arsenal of weapons, traps and mechanisms to create and master to defeat our opponents and explore new areas. Engaging missions will also await us in which we will have to hunt rare beasts, unravel ancient mysteries and search for lost treasures to fulfill the wishes of the oppressed and restore hope to the kingdom. All this while facing over 150 new enemies including beasts and hunters, assassins and kings, monsters and knights.

The adventure will be accompanied by music from award-winning Hollow Knight composer Christopher Larkin, who returns with his melancholic melodies, symphonic strings, and heart-pounding themes for boss fights. Once the game is complete, we will also be able to test our skills in the new "Silk Soul" mode, which transforms the game into a unique and challenging experience.
