Fallout 76 invites us all to go fishing with the latest update, Fission for Fishing

Bethesda took advantage of the Xbox Games Showcase to show us the launch trailer of the latest update of Fallout 76, entitled Fission for fishing: as the title suggests, the update, released on June 3rd, introduced a highly anticipated and relaxing summer pastime in the Wasteland: fishing.

The update is available for free on all platforms and for all Fallout 76 players who will be able to discover the quieter side of Appalachia with a network overflowing with new and fishy adventures. Bait, weather, fishing rods and different locations will spawn new types of fish, so anglers can try out different combinations to catch a variety of prey: common fish, one of the 12 most coveted axolotls that change every month, or local legends. There's more to discover at Fisherman's Landing, a new location in the Wooded Swamp, including Linda-Lee (the giant hermit crab that lives on the dock) who will give players a legendary item in exchange for fish bites.

We leave you to the trailer: enjoy!
