As expected, Ubisoft today announced the new episode of the open world racing series The Crew, which will be called The Crew Motorfest, scheduled for release during 2023 on both Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The theme of the game this time will be that of the festival, with the drivers committed to winning different events among the environments of the Hawaiian island of O'ahu, which will offer us a great variety of terrains between paved roads, dirt roads and off-road vehicles.

It is clear, even from the in-engine trailer that we show you below, that the guys at Ubisoft Reflections were very inspired by Forza Horizon, at least in the concept: we will have to wait to learn more about the gameplay to understand how many similarities there are really between the two titles.
