They were both expected by the end of this year, but probably their postponement will not surprise anyone: CD Projekt RED announced today that the next-gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 have been postponed to 2022. We are talking about the first quarter for the sci-fi title, while The Witcher 3 will arrive in the second quarter of the year.

The reason for the postponement is to give more time to the developers to perfect these expectations (and, in the case of Cyberpunk 2077,now postponed for over a year) versions of the two titles; we just have to wait for their launch to find out if the wait will be rewarded.
