Jeff Grubb: The Elder Scrolls VI will be an Xbox exclusive

In these days the debate on the platforms that will host the future Bethesda titles has reopened, due to a statement by Pete Hines who explained that, although not all the titles will arrive on consoles other than Xbox, there will still be some games that will do it, as happened with Minecraft.

This has rekindled the discussion among fans, some of whom have come to suppose that Starfield can still arrive on PlayStation, perhaps after a period of Xbox exclusivity: to definitively close this door, however, Aarong Greenberg promptly thought of it, who clarified on Twitter that the game is not a temporal exclusive and that it is in development only for Xbox, as well as for PC.

But that wasn't enough for the fans, and their attention shifted to The Elder Scrolls VI believing that, belonging to a historical franchise, the next title in the TES series will also arrive on PlayStation. This time no official denial, at least for now, but a Tweet from the famous journalist Jeff Grubb who anticipated that Bethesda's new fantasy RPG is also in development as an Xbox exclusive.

Will it really be so? We will probably have to wait several more years to find out, since, probably, Bethesda will return to talk about the game only in 2023, after the launch of Starfield.
