Square Enix today announced the new episode of the main series of Dragon Quest,titled Dragon Quest XII: The Flames of Fate. At the moment little is known about the title except that it aims for a worldwide release at the same time and that will introduce a darkerand more adult atmosphere than in the past (they talk about it as a "Dragon Quest for adults"), with a great focus on the choices of the player who can change the course of the adventure and a profoundly modified combat system.

The platforms are not known for now, but you can expect it to arrive on Xbox, given the recent arrival of other titles from the course.
