No Man's Sky developers working on a new 'big' project

In a recent interview with Polygon,Sean Murray, founder of HelloGames, said that the studio is working on an ambitious new IP, comparable in size to the much-talked-about No Man's Sky.

It's not a sequel, Murray wants to specify it: "Before Hello Games, I worked a lot on EA, [...] all I did was get my hands on the sequel to something. I found it depressing somehow. But it was also the reason that drove us to work on something new."

Thanks to his experience with No Man's Sky and The Last Campfire, the CEO of Hello Games has hinted that the studio is mature and ready to work on the new project, especially taking into account the expectations of the public and avoiding the mistakes made with the launch of the first title.

The Hello Games team of just 26 members is splitting the work in a clear way: 3 people take care of The Last Campfire, the rest alternate work between future updates of No Man's Sky and the development of the new game.

At the moment, however, Murray has not unbuttoned much about the progress of the project, so we just have to wait for new information when the studio is ready to disclose it.
