Razer brings haptic audio to Xbox One with Nari Ultimate headphones

Razer today announced the availability of an interesting new accessory for Xbox One: these are the Razer Nari Ultimate wireless headphones, which for the first time on the Microsoft console employ a"haptic"technology, in this case the HyperSense by Razer, to allow us to physically "feel" every shot, explosion and step in the titles we play.

Razer HyperSense integrates the haptic of Lofelt, a leading German company specializing in the creation of advanced haptics for realistic and immersive experiences. It uses special touch drivers and smart digital signal processing to generate high-definition tactile feedback in real time, creating a truly enveloping gaming experience with any Xbox One game. It intelligently captures audio signals and transforms them into dynamic vibrations, allowing players to truly perceive the action without the need for additional software or game integrations.

Thanks to the involvement of touch, audio signals are able to accurately mimic the action in the game. Razer HyperSense replicates the sensations of key events, from light steps to powerful explosions, with a precise positional perception of the surrounding environment. "The Nari Ultimate for Xbox One is designed to give gamers an extra dimension of play,"says Alvin Cheung, senior vice president of Razer's Peripherals Business Unit. "With Razer HyperSense, we allow players to enjoy their favorite titles with an unprecedented immersion in games."

The Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One is designed for extended use and maximum comfort, allowing players to enjoy hours of uninterrupted gaming. The revolving pavilions are equipped with memory foam bearings and a layer of cooling gel to reduce heat build-up. To make it easier to use, the headset is equipped with a retractable microphone with quick mute features, a HyperSense intensity controller on the headset, and a game/chat balancing slider. The headband with automatic adjustment ensures extreme comfort.

The Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One also integrates Xbox Wireless for a direct connection to the console without using a wireless transceiver, thus ensuring a lean setup and unlimited freedom of movement. The headphones also support Windows Sonic for even more immersive and realistic audio.

Originally designed for the PC, the Razer Nari Ultimate was launched in September 2018 and received a lot of praise for introducing Razer HyperSense, significantly elevating the level of immersive gaming. With the Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One, Razer brings this high-quality experience to the Xbox One world.

The new headphones are already available for purchase at the price of 219.99 Euros, which can be ordered directly from the Razer website; below you can see a series of images.
