Avalanche Software does not yet want to discontinue post-launch support at Just Cause 4 and on August 29,9 months after the game's launch, DangerRising, a new expansion included in the game's Season Pass and Gold Edition, will arrive, while everyone else will be able to purchase it separately from September 5.

In Danger Rising we will find Rico equipped with a new prototype of Volopattino and will find himself declaring war on the Agency in 8 new missions,after discovering his plans to eliminate it. It seems therefore a very important episode for the continuity of the series. Tom Sheldon will join Rico on the mission, and the two begin investigating a large, menacing submarine that has emerged off Solis.

The new Volopattino will allow us to glide over the surface of thesea, whizz over the railings and perform stunts over exploding helicopters. But it won't be the only novelty of the expansion: the Agency will return with an entire arsenal of advanced technologies and super-trainedagents, who just like Rico will be able to use the grappling hooks to move where they want and attack from all the corners, with heavy weapons never seen before in Just Cause4.
