Capcom today released a set of new images of Resident Evil 2 , returning rebuilt from scratch with stunning graphics and a control system updated to offer a deeper narrative experience. Through the use of engine KING owned by Capcom, Resident Evil 2 offers a modern version of the chapter survival horror with a photorealism never before seen, immersive audio, a new third person view and game controls modernized.

In Resident Evil 2 return the elements that have made this series as the classic gameplay action, anxiety-provoking exploration and puzzle-solving. Players join the police recruit Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, a university student who meet during the disastrous epidemic of Raccoon City that turned the population into zombies. Both Leon that Claire will have playable campaigns separately allowing players to experience history through the eyes of both characters.
