A new update of the Xbox One adds a number of new features

Please note that Microsoft has released today a new update of the Xbox One introducing for all owners of the console features that members Preview were able to test in the last period.

Updating, of 455 MB, adds the following features:

  • Save settings -the settings of your Home console, including TV and OneGuide, will now be automatically saved in the cloud. So, if you buy a new console, when you log in you will be asked whether to apply on this already saved settings.

  • Accelerate Setup -you bought your new Xbox One and first asked you to download a update? Now you can save time by completing your console settings directly from Xbox app on your Android or iOS, so that once the update is installed, the console will be ready to use.

  • Blocks Club at Home -you can now add to the Home screen of the dashboard also blocks type Club, in order to keep under control the Club of which you are a part.

  • Handling children -child accounts with time limitations can now send requests to increase the available time. You will receive a request to the email address of your Live account, and from there you can decide, wherever you are, to accept or deny the request. Also children who have been blocked the ability to shop the Store can now forward requests to purchase games and content.

  • Removing games from the objectives -You can now hide from your contact list goals games that were started but has never been unlocked even a goal.

As always, the update will be applied automatically if you have the console quick start mode or switched on for the first time will be required.
