After the release of the official announce trailer , Activision has now sent the official statement related to Call of Duty: Endless Warfare in which we learn more about the title. The Publisher says for example that the game we will propose an epic battle between the two armies " in a way never seen before ," without delving into what this mode is.

It is however confirmed that, for the first time in the franchise's history, play " extends beyond the boundaries of Earth and arrives in the immensity of our solar system " and " places the narrative in the foreground and the city centre in a rich and deeply immersive narrative ".

Regarding the plot, here's what for now is revealed to us: " Infinity Ward comes into new ground by exploring the weight of leadership and responsibility. In a desperate moment of overwhelming adversity, the player, as captain of his war service, must take the lead against an implacable enemy. Experienced soldiers are facing extraordinary circumstances that will put a strain on their workout and reveal their true character as they learn to lead and take the difficult but necessary decisions to win the victory. 

The game also introduces incredible and never-before-seen locations, new weapons and new creative skills for players of Call of Duty. The entire campaign – from fighting "feet on the ground" to the possibility of piloting aerospace fighter at high speed – develops as a seamless experience with few visible loading times and offers the typical moments of blockbuster franchise that fans love. "

Very interesting the fact that he wanted to emphasize how the fights are " feet on the ground ", i.e. without the recent developments related to jetpack and wallrunning: Although the story and locations to move to a distant future, the gameplay will be a return to the roots at least as far as the ground combat phase.

As for the extraction of CoD: Modern Warfare Remastered we propose all the original campaign and 10 multiplayer maps, Activision tells us that this will be included in the following editions of the game:
