Ubisoft shows two AC news Unity: Adaptive and missions to 360 degrees

With Assassin's Creed: Unity Ubisoft wants to breathe new life into a brand for many saw as too stagnant, and this will not be done only through a new and glitzy graphics and a city full of life. The structure of the missions will be heavily modified to make the player to be less driven or forced by invisible Rails, instead feel more free and in control of the situation.

During the E3 Ubisoft explained two of the innovations which should lead to this result: the "Adaptive" missions and "360 degrees" missions. This is not kind of missions that will meet, but rather a new design philosophy and approach of the missions. Adaptive missions means that dynamically adapt to the actions of the players. For example: the missions of shadowing. In the past, if fallivamo a shadowing us discover or losing our goal, the mission failed and we should necessarily begin from the beginning. In Assassin's Creed: Unity instead, everything will be more dynamic: for example, if we have to follow a guard to discover some secret hideout, if this turns out will start to run away, to which the mission will change automatically from stalking to stalking. If we lose sight of the guard, then the mission will turn into a research mission of the guard, while if this during the escape hits someone creating a combat, could be killed and maybe we could recover from his dead body a letter that reveals the location of the secret hideout. This is just an example to understand the philosophy of the new missions.

"360 degrees missions" means that we will be able to analyze the area on a mission to find all the possible approaches based on skill and tools that we have in some time. This feature is not yet clear, but the developers say that will allow us to feel really free to carry out missions in the way they prefer.

We will update you should emerge more E3 game news. They also take advantage to show two additional images coming from Los Angeles.
