Microsoft offers 7 days of Gold due to the disruption of Xbox Live in March

During last March 11 different users had complained about the inability to access Xbox Live, unable to tell whether this was due to the maintenance of the service or to their console. By this morning, surprisingly, Microsoft has begun to send a message of apology for the incident, assuring users that will soon give you 7 days Gold subscription to those who on that date had encountered problems connecting to Xbox Live.

This is the message body that some American players have meanwhile received on your account: " we are aware of the problems you have encountered in accessing Xbox Live during last March 11, 2014. We apologize and soon we will give you 7 days Gold subscription for the inconvenience " .
