The second edition of the Golden Dragon
Milan, January 27, 2014 –  AESVI, the Trade Association of the videogame industry, launches the second edition of the Golden Dragon , the Italian Prize dedicated to video games, created to celebrate the excellence of the World Games in Italy and boosting the potential as unique form of artistic and cultural expression.
After the success of the first edition of Milan, inspired by important events already established in other countries such as the BAFTA Video Games Awards, this year will be the auditorium of Rome's MAXXI-Museo Nazionale delle Arti del XXI Secolo – to accommodate the evening awards ceremony, which will be held March 11, 2014.
The Last of Us, Ni No Kuni, Bioshock Infinite, Assassin's Creed II: Black Flag, Grand Theft Auto V, Pikmin 3, Super Mario World 3D, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Rayman Legends, Tomb Raider: these are the 10 titles that will compete to win the award for Game of the year, in a competition that sees compete most successful titles of 2013.
To express the verdict, a jury of experts of the world of information. Special guest inside the jury Giorgio Maria Daviddi, better known as Giorgio del Trio Medusa, Italian artist and video game enthusiast.
Best character, Best Sports Game, best game racing game, best shooter, Best Action/Adventure Game, Best platformer, best game, Best Strategy Game, best game Casual, better graphics, Better Gameplay, best screenplay, best soundtrack, Best Indie Game: these all other categories on which the jury will have to express their preferences.

Among other new in the Second Edition the introduction of Italian Gold Dragon, a section with 4 categories exclusively dedicated to games developed by Italian studies, born from the desire to enhance the talents of "made in Italy".
