NPD: U.S. sales for the month of November

After several months of NPD reports uninteresting food, that November is particularly interesting because of the debut of two new next-gen console: Let's see how things went.

As for hardware sales, the place of the lion occupies its Sony PS4 which managed to sell more than a million consoles during the month, followed by Xbox One with 909,132 units sold (important note: the NPD registers the actual sales made to your users, while sales figures released by the companies sold to shops).

Both companies, however, have that celebrate: Sony obviously celebrates the first place in the standings, while Microsoft says that Xbox One was the console sold "faster", with approximately 101,000 console sold per day. The Microsoft console is released in USA a week later against PS4, so even though the daily sales were above failed to overcome it in the monthly total.

On software instead the situation is more or less what you would expect for the Christmas period, with all the most popular brands at the top. No exclusive first party, both on the part of MS than Sony, it has managed to reach the Top 10. Here you in succession all the data available at the time.
