Microsoft: ID @ Xbox has registered hundreds of entries only in the first three hours

During this year's GamesCom, Microsoft wanted to remove the veil on its policy concerning independent developers with the ID program @ Xbox and, there we had talked in a previous news .

In this regard, The Microsoft Vice President Phil Spencer spoke to Gameinformer microphones pointed out: "in the first three hours of opening of the indie program, we received hundreds of signatures from the developers. We want to have a platform that all large developers can use, regardless of their financial resources. A study of two people cannot obviously invest in dedicated servers for your title, but will do so with our cloud composed of 300,000 servers. If you look at the content flow got during the generation of 360, and many of them were indie, we can infer that people were investing in this project, and will continue to do so on the next platform.

Spencer also pointed out that Microsoft is following with close attention the indie world and their developers, fully supporting them even though they have limited economic resources. All this should lead to a steady stream, and increasingly important indie titles on Xbox One.
