The thing was probably imaginable because all "premium" services of Microsoft reserved Gold users, but today we get official confirmation from Microsoft itself thanks to the publication of a list of features of Xbox One reserved for Gold members ; DVR functionality, i.e. one that allows you to record clips of 5 minutes of play and then edit them, mount them and upload them online, will be reserved for Live Gold subscribers.

Among other features that will be available exclusively from Gold members are also Skype, the interactive TV Guide (which in any case will not be initially available in Europe) and the various app like those already present even on the Xbox 360.
