NPD: U.S. sales for the month of June

With a certain delay compared to the usual roadmap, the financial analysis firm NPD today released data hardware and software sales in the u.s. market relative to June 2013. Among the most important data we find the new hit from Sony, The Last of Us , on top of the leaderboard with 785,000 copies sold, which did not prevent the Xbox 360 to keep the top position in the home -console for the 30th consecutive month, Microsoft informs us- with 140,000 units sold.

On the front of the exclusive, the only other League title is the retail edition of Minecraft for the Xbox 360, that despite the great success on the Live continues to sell well in stores: this is supposed to reflect the console manufacturers on the power of the retail channel and how digital delivery is not yet ready to support fully the needs of consumers.

Here are the complete rankings.
