Harrison: Xbox One eliminates the distinctions between retail and Live Arcade games

Talking to Eurogamer , Phil Harrison of Microsoft explained that on Xbox One no longer the distinction between Live Arcade games and retail: the new Xbox interface will all games with equal dignity and visibility. Harrison explained that the console will not make more difference between a AAA 40 hour RPG and small independent gem sold only in digital delivery, and that the interface will spotlight the most deserving games regardless of their nature.

The manager then explained that, in addition to the places featured titles from Microsoft itself, the games will have the opportunity to "emerge" in social manner thanks to the preference of the public and of our friends, much as happens already today on popular store like Apple.

Though for now has not been officially stated, all statements made so far lead us to believe that the retail of the new console titles will see the light both in stores and digital delivery from Xbox Live: we are waiting for more details about it.
